All Sooz Artifact pieces are made to order and handcrafted in Seoul, South Korea. Please allow 20 to 30 business days (about 4–6 weeks) for production before your order ships.

- Shipping fee: Complimentary worldwide shipping on orders over $200 USD; $38 USD flat rate under that amount

- Delivery time: 2–3 business days after dispatch
- Estimated arrival: about 5–7 weeks from order
- Free shipping on orders over ₩70,000; ₩3,000 flat rate under that amount
Packaging
Every order is carefully packaged with a Sooz Artifact brand card, making it ready for gifting.
Customs and Duties
Sooz Artifact covers all customs duties and import taxes on international orders. You will not be asked to pay anything on delivery. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the carrier and customs clearance in your country.
