Please note: All Sooz pieces are made to order. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for a simple change of mind or ordering mistakes.

• Incorrect item shipped
• Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item
• Sooz covers return shipping costs for defective items

Not eligible for return / exchange

• Simple change of mind or personal preference
• Selecting the wrong option (e.g., size) when ordering
• Minor variations inherent to handmade pieces (small scratches, size differences of about ±0.5mm)
• Color differences due to monitor settings
• Natural variations in the color, pattern, or inclusions of natural stones

Requests made more than 7 days after delivery may be declined, as we can no longer verify the product's condition.

If production hasn't started yet, you can cancel your order from My Page → Order History.

Once the order status changes to "Preparing for Shipment," production has already begun and the order can no longer be canceled.

Please double-check all options (size, material, etc.) carefully before placing your order.

• Colors may appear slightly different from the actual product depending on your monitor settings.
• Metal allergies can occur depending on individual skin type and wearing conditions. This is not considered a product defect, so please consider carefully before purchasing.
• All metals naturally oxidize over time. Gold vermeil varies by individual, but typically lasts 6 months or longer.
• When not wearing your piece, please store it in a sealed zip-lock bag.
• Do not use silver cleaner on gold vermeil pieces.
• Payments are processed in US Dollars (USD). If paying with an international card, your bank will automatically convert the charge to KRW (or your local currency).

Silver may tarnish when exposed to air and moisture. To prevent tarnishing, store your piece in a sealed zip-lock bag when not in use.

If tarnishing occurs, gently polish with a silver cleaning cloth to instantly restore its shine.

Do not use silver cleaning solution on gold vermeil pieces — it may damage the plating.

• Remove before swimming, showering, or exercising
• Avoid contact with perfume, lotion, and other chemical products
• Store each piece separately to prevent scratching
