<h3>About These Terms</h3><p>These Terms of Service govern your use of soozartifact.com (the "Site") and any purchase made through it, operated by Sooz Artifact ("Sooz," "we," "us," or "our"), based in Seoul, South Korea. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.</p><h3>Products</h3><p>Sooz Artifact pieces are handcrafted, made-to-order silver and gold vermeil jewelry and objets. Because each piece is handmade, minor variations in color, texture, and finish are natural and are not considered defects. Product colors may also appear slightly different from the actual item depending on your monitor settings.</p><h3>Pricing and Payment</h3><p>All prices are listed and processed in US Dollars (USD). If you pay with an international card, your bank will automatically convert the charge to KRW or your local currency; any conversion fees are determined by your card issuer, not by Sooz Artifact.</p><h3>Orders and Production</h3><p>Orders may be cancelled only before production begins. Once an order status changes to "Preparing for Shipment," it can no longer be modified or cancelled. Please review your order details (size, material, engraving, etc.) carefully before checkout.</p><h3>Care and Material Disclaimer</h3><p>All metals naturally oxidize over time. Gold vermeil finishes vary by individual wear and typically last six months or longer under normal use. Metal allergies may occur depending on individual skin sensitivity and are not considered a product defect.</p><h3>Intellectual Property</h3><p>All designs, images, text, and content on this Site are the property of Sooz Artifact and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without prior written permission.</p><h3>Limitation of Liability</h3><p>Sooz Artifact is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Site, to the fullest extent permitted by law.</p><h3>Governing Law</h3><p>These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
